Domestic Delivery

Crocodice aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders. We guaranty delivery within 7 days of order, and in case of any delays above that, customer should be compensated upon request.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are available for purchase on our website and are charged at the point of purchase or on delivery. We always aim to dispatch pre-order items within 20 days of the order, and we guaranty delivery within 60 days of order date. In the unfortunate event that there are delays from our suppliers which make this improbable, customer should be compensated upon request.

Any orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched once ALL items in the order are available. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like in-stock items delivered sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
